Since the beginning of the Abyaneh travertine quarry in 2011, the stone's colors have ranged from light cream to dark cream to beige. The Abyaneh travertine is frequently non-wavy, and its high quality makes it ideal for Roman and Classical facades on buildings. Atashkuh travertine and The Valley of Bukhari travertine are comparable to Abyaneh travertine in terms of color and pattern. However, Abyaneh travertine has a higher porosity than these two types of travertine.
The architects and builders of the project are very interested in this stone since it is more reasonably priced than similar ones. The less noticeable areas of the structure are covered with the lower grades of Abyaneh travertine. In the city of Natanz, Abyaneh village, in the province of Isfahan, is where you can find this popular Persian travertine.
